A. Joseph Raj
Founder
Joseph Raj, active in the technological community, established M/s. Oceanic Shrimping Limited, the flagship company of the group. His vision, aspiration and appreciation for technology gave impetus to start OFS. Having created all successful ventures, he, along with James and Dominic initiated OFS. Within a short span of time, it has been possible for OFS to become a market leader in its target segment with its unique solutions, under the able leadership of Joseph. He has a post-graduate degree in Business Administration.





James Walter
Co-founder
James Walter is a seasoned industry veteran who manages all business development, planning, and strategy at OFS. Prior to working at OFS, James served at Solectron (a contract manufacturing giant), Columbia, SC, and USA, as senior Database/ Application Administrator. James helped them in planning and designing their business applications that run on Oracle’s Manufacturing & Financial applications. There he had complete responsibility of all the database systems that housed all manufacturing data for both Columbia and Dublin, Ireland manufacturing plants. He continues to be the driving force behind OFS’ phenomenal growth and success. James holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering.

Dominic Savio
Co-founder
Dominic Savio led an illustrious career over the past 10 years in the software industry. An Enterprise Architect at OFS (provider of enterprise infrastructure software and services for Java Technologies), he has done designs for a number of Fortune 500 companies worldwide. His extensive exposure in the software industry has made his designs admired and appreciated by renowned industry stalwarts like Gerry Cuomo, IBM’s CTO and Jack Russell, JDO Spec Lead,
Sun Micro System.

Ramesh Narayan
Chief Financial Officer
Ramesh Narayan brings over 20 years of successful financial management experience with leading companies like Dezurik India ltd., Chemcrown India limited, Anipack limited, Capricorn Food Products India ltd, etc. At present, he takes care of all aspects of financial management and reporting for the Oceanic Group of Companies, which includes Oceanic Shrimping Pvt Ltd as well as OFS. His strong background in finance, profound knowledge in banking, project preparation & presentation, fund management and consulting services for EOUs helps him to work effectively with the clients. Ramesh holds a Masters in Commerce from Madras University.

Vincent Patrick
VP - Banking Solutions
With over 10 years of experience at OFS, Patrick has both technical knowledge and domain knowledge in the banking sector. He started his career at OFS as a technical person and went on to become VP, Banking Solutions, by sheer exhibition of his caliber to handle clients and to offer solutions on the fly. Patrick, who was part of the Research and Development team, is also an expert in J2EE technologies. His areas of expertise span in to Life Science, Healthcare and Information Technology. Patrick holds a postgraduate degree in Business Administration along with a postgraduate diploma degree in Computer Applications.

M. Krishnamurthy
Head - Operations
A diligent and agile person at work, Krishnamurthy is the Head, Operations at OFS. 20 years of experience adorn his career in industrial relations, personnel administration and providing a liaison with various statutory bodies. He started his career as an executive handling around 400 personnel at a Heavy Chemicals factory and now he assumes the sole responsibility of the entire operations at OFS. Krishnamurthy has completed his Masters in Public Administration along with a postgraduate diploma in Personnel Management and a diploma in Labor Laws and Bachelor of Law.

Ravi Chandran
Head - Embedded Solutions
Ravi Chandran, an Embedded Technology veteran, brings over 11 years of industry experience. He has designed, developed and manufactured products in domains as vast as PC Systems, Consumer electronics, Security systems and Communications. Prior to working with OFS, Ravi has pioneered in companies namely Emuzed Inc. (now part of Flextronics International), SCM Microsystems/Dazzle Multimedia, Shuttle Technologies and Microcode Computers. Ravi has successfully delivered services to clients like Canon, Kodak, Dell, HP, Noritsu, TI, Samsung, Dazzle Multimedia and Pinnacle Systems.

C.R. Gopal
Head - SAP Practices
Gopal has amassed over 11 years of know-how in the IT industry with experience in implementing and supporting SAP projects. Throughout his career Gopal has focused on gaining the functional expertise and executing it to win the customer satisfaction. Gopal drives OFS’ vision for the future of SAP practices. Before coming to OFS Gopal was with Emerio Technologies Pte Ltd, Singapore as a Senior Project Manager. His 8 years of tenure as SAP Consultant with Pentasoft Technologies, Chennai, Pentafour Software UK Ltd., United Kingdom and Pentafour Software and Exports Ltd. India showcases his exceptional expertise in Sap technology. Gopal is a Microsoft Certified Professional in Designing and Implementing Web Solutions in Visual Interdev 6.0. He holds a Post graduate degree in Computer Science.
