We always use a hybrid engagement model that consists of at least one full-time resource sitting at your location who communicates with our offshore team. This proven approach eliminates the need for you to be directly managing the offshore staff while still having full access to each one of them when needed.

Our pricing model is based on our hire-a-team concept. We are not a body-shop that just rents out individual programmers at an hourly rate and leave it up to you to make it work. The hire-a-team model means we operate as extensions to your software development and QA organizations and we engage a team to work on your behalf for a fixed monthly rate. We will work with you to define the deliverables each month and then will commit to quality and delivery SLAs to make sure we meet your expectations. If we commit to a deliverable, we will spend the extra effort, at our cost, to make sure we meet your goals. Your bill from us will be the same amount each month. This eliminates those monthly surprises you may be used to getting from a more traditional IT consulting firm. Each month we meet with you to agree on deliverables for the upcoming month. Typically, we have deliverables scheduled for two-week intervals which are presented for your approval. Having small increments like this helps us all make sure we are on track. If you are not satisfied with a given deliverable and we cannot correct your concerns, then you are free to discontinue our services
Unlike our competitors, we have a very low attrition rate of only 4%, so the OFS staff that works on your product at the start will likely remain employees of our firm for many years to come. You won't have to constantly retrain new hires as you would with many of our competitors. We take the time to carefully interview all new recruits and we hire well in advance of demand. We then put them through a rigorous training program for several months before having them spend time shadowing more senior staff until we think they are ready for paid client engagements.
