A. Joseph Raj
Managing Director
Joseph Raj is the Chairman of the $100MM Oceanaa group of companies that he founded back in 1995. His strong entrepreneurial spirit and business success, coupled with his vision, aspiration and appreciation for technology, created the impetus to start OFS with his two brothers, James and Dominic. With Joseph's guidance, OFS has grown to become a market leader in software product development. He has a post-graduate degree in Business Administration.
James Walter
Chief Executive Officer
James Walter is a seasoned software veteran who has managed all business development, planning, and strategy at OFS since its inception in 1997. Prior to working at OFS, James developed his technical knowledge by serving at Solectron (a global contract manufacturing firm) in the US as a senior DataBase Administrator (DBA). James helped in the planning and design of business applications that ran on Oracle's Manufacturing & Financial software suite. James holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering.
Dominic Savio
Chief Technology Officer
Dominic Savio led an illustrious career over the past 10 years in the software industry. Mr. Savio specializes in planning enterprise software architecture at OFS and he has done designs for a number of Fortune 500 companies worldwide. His extensive exposure in the software industry has made his designs admired and appreciated by renowned industry stalwarts like Gerry Cuomo, IBM's CTO and Jack Russell, JDO Spec Lead, Sun Micro System.
Rich Napoli
Chief Operating Officer
Rich Napoli has spent over 30 years in the software product industry running product development for five different software firms, including Voxware (NASDAQ: VOXW) and two firms that he helped to grow and then sell to Oracle and State Street. In recent years, Rich served as CEO of Fusion Technologies, an offshore software services firm. While at Fusion, he led them through two years of strong growth leading to a successful acquisition by Alliance Consulting. Rich also served as CIO for a division of State Street and led an IT staff of 250 people. Rich has his BS in Computer Science from Stony Brook University and his MBA in Finance from New York University.
